Run QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool From QuickBooks Tool Hub
Download the installation file of QuickBooks Tool Hub
Go to downloads
Click on the file named QuickBooksToolsHub.exe
Click Yes on the prompt asking you to let this tool make changes
Click Next to start the installation process
Click Yes to accept the license agreement terms
Click Next
Click on the Install tab
Click on the Finish tab after the installation gets completed,
Now click on the QB Tool Hub icon on the desktop
Go to the Installation Issues section
Click on the tab named QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool
Once the configuration completes, click on Yes to accept the license terms
Click on Proceed
The repairing of QuickBooks desktop components will start
Once completed, restart the computer.
Open QuickBooks
Verify if the issue still remains.
Suppress and Update QuickBooks Desktop
Press and hold the Ctrl+Shift keys together on your keyboard
Double click the QB desktop icon
Make sure not to release the Ctrl+Shift keys till the QuickBooks application opens up.
The No Company Open window will pop up on your screen
Navigate to the Help section
Then click the Update QuickBooks Desktop button
Go to the top right corner and click the Update Now tab
Check-mark the box near to Reset Update
Click on the Get Updates tab
Wait till the updates get completed
Close the QuickBooks application
Create and Restore QuickBooks Portable Company File
Click on QuickBooks File
Now go to File
Click on Create Copy
Select Portable Company File
Click on Next
Choose the location to save the portable company file
Click Save
Click OK
Now, to restore the company file, go to the File menu
Choose Open or Restore Company
Click on Restore a portable file
Click Next
Browse to the portable company file you saved
Click Open
Click Next
Now click on restore the company file location
Click Save
Delete Temporary Internet Files
Press the Windows+R keys together
The Run Command prompt will come up on your screen
Type Control in the text box
Click OK to proceed
Click the tab named Network and Internet
Now click on Internet Options
Navigate to the General section
Click on Delete
Click on the tab named Temporary Internet files and website files
Click Delete
Wait till the temporary internet files are deleted
Click Apply
Click OK
