QuickBooks Desktop Fields Display Black Instead of White?

🔷 Check and ensure about QuickBooks Desktop Process DBW32.exe is switched off and unable to run the process in the background at the time this solution taking place.
🔷 After ensuring about the above details, click on the “Window Start” button.
🔷 Then write the “taskmgr” and hit the enter key.
🔷 After this, Window Task manager opens on your screen.
🔷 Give the next click on the “Processes” tab so you get access to view all process that you are running in your system.
🔷 When it comes to window 10, then go to the arrow button and click on the “More Details”.
🔷 Locate the QuickBooks 32 bit process.
🔷 Once you are done with the user, then hit the click on it.
🔷 Go back to the End Taskbar from the bottom menu.

For Windows 8 & 7:

🔷 Go to your desktop screen and hit the right-click on the “Next” button.

🔷 After this, you have to text all other items in the normal.

🔷 View your Desktop screen and hit the right-click on it.

🔷 Choose the “Adjust Font-size” (DPI).
🔷 Hit the last click on the “Default”.

For Windows XP:

🔷 From the desktop screen, you have to select the “properties”.
🔷 Now, open the settings.
🔷 Choose the “Advanced” option from the drop-list menu.
🔷 Then, you require to change the “DPI settings” to the 961 DPI normal sizes.

For Windows 10 users, here you can find two possible solutions-

🔷 Click on the QuickBooks icon.
🔷 Then, choose the “Properties” from the drop-down menu.
🔷 From the Properties screen, choose the “Compatibility tab”.
🔷 After this, switch to the “Disable Display Scaling on high DPI settings”.
🔷 Moving forward and tab on the Apply button.
🔷 Open your QuickBooks again to check whether the issue is resolved or not.

Step 1: Download & install the QuickBooks Tool hub
🔷 First of all, close the QuickBooks.
🔷 Then download the QuickBooks Tool hub file and save it from where you can easily access.
🔷 Open the downloaded file.
🔷 Agree with displayed instructions and moving forward to finish the installation program.

Step 2: After installation, you have to run this program
🔷 Open your QuickBooks Tool hub, click on the “Program Problems”.
🔷 Choose the “Quick Fix for my Program” option and it will automatically detect and correct your all errors.

🔷 Right-click on your Desktop 
🔷 Click on Personalize.
🔷 Select any of the Windows Basic Themes.
🔷 Restart the computer.
🔷 Open QuickBooks and check if you are still getting the error

Please follow the steps below to update the video card drivers to the latest release-
🔷 Press Windows key+R together on your keyboard 
🔷 The Run command prompt will open up on your screen
🔷 Type dxdiag in the text box
🔷 Press Enter.
🔷 Click on Display 1. Note down the Manufacturer/Model.
🔷 Download the updates required (nVidia, Intel  or ATI )

🔷 Go to the end of the file

🔷 Click to Save the QBW.ini file.
🔷 Open QuickBooks Desktop.
