Try Opening File

i) Open the company file (.QuickBooksw)

πŸ’  Click on Next
πŸ’  Select the company file
πŸ’  Click open

ii) Restore the backup of .QuickBooksb file

πŸ’  The window named what the accountant’s copy can and can’t do will pop up on your screen

πŸ’  Choose a suitable location to keep the Accountant’s copy file

If you are Accessing QuickBooks File over a Network

Just Follow the below method two steps.

Verify Network Connectivity

πŸ’  Press Windows + R  together. The Run box will appear on your screen.
πŸ’  type CMD and press Enter
πŸ’  The command prompt window will appear
