Try Opening File
i) Open the company file (.QuickBooksw)
Go to the File menu Ø Click on the open or restore company tab Click on open a company file Click on Next Select the company file Click open
ii) Restore the backup of .QuickBooksb file Go to the File menu Click on the open or restore company tab Click on the restore a backup file option. Click next. Now, select a local backup. Select the company file Click next to proceed Choose the location to keep the restored files.
iii) Restore the .QuickBooksx file
Go to the File menu Click on the open or restore company tab Click on the convert an accountant’s copy transfer file option Click next to proceed The window named what the accountant’s copy can and can’t do will pop up on your screen Click next to proceed select the file you transferred Click to open it. Choose a suitable location to keep the Accountant’s copy file Finally, click on save

Verify Network Connectivity
Press Windows + R together. The Run box will appear on your screen. type CMD and press Enter The command prompt window will appear type ipconfig/all Press Enter key Note down the name of the server Type Ping followed by the server name.
