Since you are making the transactions through the QBO (QuickBooks Online) Payments, the processing depends on the method of payment. Bank transfer payments usually take up to 7 working days. Some banks may even take longer. It requires up to 2 working days for credit card payments.

🔁 Here is the Procedure to Search for the Transactions in Merchant Service Center:
🔹 Navigate to Settings
🔹 click on Account and Settings.
🔹 Click on the Payments tab
🔹 Select Manage Account.
🔹 The Merchant Service Center window will open up on the screen.
Please Note: you can also search for your transactions by going directly to Intuit Merchant Services.

🔹 Click on Transactions. The following screen will appear
🔁 Steps to Find Missing Transactions Downloaded From your Online Bank and Credit Card Accounts
This is how you can check different parts of your accounts in order to find the missing transactions.

Obtain the Latest Transactions
If you are not being able to find a transaction you expected, download the latest available ones manually.
🔹 Navigate to the Banking menu/Transactions menu.
🔹 Now click on the Banking tab.
🔹 Click on Update.
You can continue to work during the update. After it gets completed, look at the Banking menu once again for the missing transaction. You may find it in the For review section. If you still can’t find it, move to the next step.
Check in the Banking Menu
🔹 Go to the Banking /Transactions menu.
🔹 Click on the Banking tab.
🔹 Select the tile for the bank/credit card account from which you downloaded the transaction.
Here is How You Can Check:
🔹 Search in the For Review tab. Here, QuickBooks normally stores recently downloaded transactions. If you get the missing transaction, categorize it into any of the accounts. Transactions won’t appear on your books till you categorize them.
🔹 Now, check in the Categorized tab. This will tell you what happens to your already categorized transactions. Review the Added or Matched column in particular. This would specify which account you categorized the transaction to.
🔹 Finally, search in the Excluded tab. It would include all the transactions you have marked as personal or duplicate. QuickBooks will not add excluded transactions into your accounts. If you still want to add, click Undo from the action column. Then click the For Review tab and categorize it in to the proper account.
Have a Look at Your Account History
🔹 Go to the Accounting menu.
🔹 Click on the Chart of Accounts tab.
🔹 Search for the bank account and click on View register.
🔹 Search for the transaction. Click on it to get more details.
This way, you will get a full history of the transaction.
Search in Uncategorized Accounts
If you have not categorized your transactions into proper accounts, QuickBooks would keep them into the Uncategorized Expenses or Uncategorized Income. It may be possible to find your missing transaction in these accounts.
