- Firstly, run the installation DVD.
- Choose the software you wish to install
- If you are setting up from a Sage ERP Accpac 6.0 DVD, choose Sage CRM 200 to install.
- If you are setting up from a Sage CRM 7.0 DVD, choose Sage CRM for Sage ERP Accpac, and after that Sage CRM 7.0 for Sage ERP Accpac.
- When the License Agreement window appears, evaluate it carefully.
- When User Details window appears, enter your name, business name, and license key. It should be the same as entered in Sage software.
- Choose the database type (by default the Existing Microsoft SQL Server is set).
