Checking the Settings of Financial Year in QuickBooks Online

  • Click the Gear icon next to the company name

  • Click on Next
  • If you are looking forward to subdivide the Budget then subdivide it on the basis of authorized classes and area, or by class or location
  • Then click on Next
  • Materialize the last interview page
  • By selecting the financial year, add the budget Name
  • Then click on Finish
  • In the window’s highest part, click a line
  • By list box hit the Enter button and select a year or Quarterly in order to add the annual or quarterly amounts. When the monthly boxes are displayed by the QuickBooks Online account, at the window’s bottom, for selected line
  • Type of a Budget amounts of each month in boxes
  • In order to get the amount copied from one box to all the remaining ones, click the Copy Across or you can also mention the amount
  • Type the amount in the budget boxes, present on the page’s top
  • For every budget line, each step is repeat 10 to 12
  • There is no need to add the amount of budget for each and every budget line
  • Once the budget is complete, click on Finished
