Ans:
✴ To launch the Run window, use Windows+R on your keyboard.
✴ Control Panel for Types. Then press OK.
✴ User Accounts should be selected. Then choose User Accounts from the drop-down menu (Classic View).

Ans:
From inside QuickBooks Payment, you may adjust a user’s level of access.
1️⃣. Log in using your Full Admin credentials.
2️⃣. Go to the Account area and then to Users.
3️⃣. On the following page, you’ll see a list of all the current users associated with this merchant account (the Payments Account number will appear in the green field at the top right of the page).
4️⃣. Change the access level for that user by selecting the Role indicated in this box.
Note that the role of the person who is presently signed in to the Payments Account cannot be changed.
